Florida coronavirus deaths surge past 6,000 with record 186 new reported fatalities
Florida reported its biggest day of coronavirus fatalities on Tuesday as the death toll among residents blew past 6,000. That includes 50 new reported deaths in Central Florida. Tuesday’s update showed 186 more reported fatalities for a toll of 6,117. New cases dipped below 10,000 for third consecutive day with 9,230 new cases for a total of 441,977 cases to date.
