#CreekFire (Sierra NF, Fresno/Madera Co) - 2nd National Guard copter is departing w/ 37 more civilians onboard. That is the last evacuation flight for the night, 2 civilians refused transport & are staying behind. My count: over 200 rescued by the National Guard tonight.

To me, at the very least, they should have to pay the cost of evacuating especially if they suddenly change their minds late in the tragedy.
