Sonoma County fire info.

The Meyers fire is near enough I could see flames night before last, but air attack was on it all afternoon yesterday, no pillars of smoke today. The big event is the fire moving toward Guerneville.

In the 40 years I've lived here I haven't seen rain in Aug. We got 2 days of thunderstorms and lightning.

Anyhow, send us some vibes is you have the energy. Here is a map and a page to listen to radio traffic.

I live in fire country and have lost a home and been on mandatory evac status. I feel you. Good luck!

Thanks for posting the info links. I'm in Sonoma county near Penngrove, (between Petaluma and Rohnert Park.) Semi rural area.
I grew up in Marin, and have never seen anything like the recent storms. They rivaled the thunderstorms in Ohio, when I lived there.

These fires are horrific. Stay safe.

We’re ok here but family is evacuated from Healdsburg and very upset

Did you see Gavin on the convention last night? It looked like he may have been in Armstrong Woods. It’s such a beautiful place, I’m so sad to see this.

Be safe everybody
