Amazing Race tonight was good!

The scenery alone made it fantastic, but what was even better, the team I most wanted out was eliminated!

7. I think that the show favors LA types, targets rural types.

Even in the selection process at the beginning-- How many "models" "athletes" "cute blonde couples" etc., doe one show need?

2. Waaah, I fell asleep - have to watch it on-line now.

3. Really?, I was kind of starting to feel sorry for them. And, since I am the

bleeding heart liberal - started rooting for the underdogs. But, man, that husband is a dick. Poor wife. I wished I had an imaginary shaver to cut his ugly-ass hair off.

I missed it the week before and then saw my favorite team go home.

5. The way he spoke to his wife made me sick.

She tried her best and all he could do was insult her. Have been waiting since the first episode to see them eliminated from the race.

6. I didn't dislike them; they were good for entertainment value.

"I work for Walmart so this should be easy."



But I didn't buy his "I was just trying to motivate her" schtick in explaining why he treated his wife so cruelly. "At least you're alive. The kids need a mother."




And I wish there had been a challenge that required shaving that mullet off!

The foremost thought in my mind, though, throughout this episode was how beautiful the scenery was. Every shot was breathtaking.
