I just can't believe they let Ian sign up. I am despondent. This looks like we are going to have a total Shameless reboot with no Frank, Ian, Steve, and possibly no Lip. Of the four, I only want Lip and Steve to go because I think it is best for them. But Ian in combat, hell no.

I think next year will be focused on Fiona's career & Debbie..

Lip has a scholarship due to financial reasons (partially), and a computer cross reference of his data may out Ian..

especially when/if Lip applies to MIT. That just won't work, but will probably create some problems for Lip.

I hope they didn't kill Jimmy/Steve, too! I'm going by that old rule: If you don't see the body, then they didn't die.

I never understood why they even introduced the "wife" character for him...

His "father-in-law/gangster would not have gotten the envelope of money to Fiona after killing him, so I think he'll be back,,

Want to see what's going to happen to Frank, too. As a recovering alcoholic and the daughter of an alcoholic father whose addiction played into his death, I totally get his reluctance to sober up.

7. The UK show is no help on spoilers now.

Since the original Fiona and Jimmy/Steve left in the middle of the second season. I'm not sure where their Fiona went, but their Jimmy was James MacAvoy.

Frank will always be there. There is no Shameless without Frank Gallagher. My guess is that Frank will get a liver transplant somehow, and promptly get back to his old ways.

Ian using Lip's id will land both of them in scads of trouble. But I think it will be Lip that screws up Ian's military career first. Is Lip 18 yet? He'll have to register with Selective Service when he does. I think that's what will set that ship toward the rocks. I do think the next season will start before V's mom has their baby and before Lip goes (if Lip goes) to MIT.

Is Jimmy dead? I just don't think the drug lord likes to chop up bodies on his yacht. Sure, they could just weight him and toss him. But maybe they still need him to be Estefanie's husband back in Brazil? We'll see.

10. don't think Lip is 18 - because he had to go to foster home. Yep...can't see Frank not drinking.

good idea...liver transplant. But, it might be interesting to see him go straight for a week or two.
