that I had become blind to the feeling that a soft image can elicit. Mike's last post really struck me with the misty sort of soft feeling of the flowers against the rust barbed wire that I had to hit the archives and try to find something that would generate the same kind of affect on me. I guess sometimes ya' gotta' just pull yer' head out and look around.

This could have been a good entry for the Summer contest 'cause Bougainvillea is definitely a summer bloom.

During the height of Star Trek the script would often call for Techno Babble during a sequence that called for engineering or weapons use. "Captain Kirk says, 'We're under attack, get us out of here!' whereupon Scotty would talk about di-lithium crystals and diverting power from phasers to the warp engines.
