4. Doesn't sound right - September's theme should be Summer, not Fall.

When a month contains the beginning day of a new season, that month's contest is devoted to the outgoing season.

Ist day of Spring is in March, so March is the Winter contest month.
1st day of Summer is in June, so June is the Spring contest month.
1st day of Fall is in September, so September is the Summer contest month.
1st day of Winter is in December, so December is the Fall contest month.
