before i looked at your username i looked at the pictures and was thinking this must be right here in NC! what lake are you at? if it wasn't for the eagles i might have guessed Lake Lynn.

Great blue herons were everywhere, but the nests were harder to find. That pic was from a new Osprey nest - different area. And turtles, turtles everywhere!

Nice to see you! Hope we can all get together soon!

but lots of warblers have migrated in (so many different buzzy birdsongs that I have troubles identifying)

It is calm kayaking (on a lake), and I am not a very splashy rower, so the camera keeps dry.
