Even better, sign Mickey Mantle's name, place it in a clear holder, then put it on the mantle. When people ask, tell the truth... that it's a home run ball.

Deadpan that he "really clobbered it" and wait for a reaction. LOL

And not just voice my opinion, but show it..

I love the poignancy and starkness of the image, but for me the color is kind of drab in a way that doesn't make me tingle.

Thousand pardons for messing with your shot but the mental image of it in B&W was just too tempting to not visualize.
