Olympus EPL-1 Yashinon DX 50mm 1.7 reversed.

I think I like the flexibility of the extension tubes.

so if I already have a macro lens will the extension tubes magnify the effect?

2. Not sure. I've never had a proper macro lens.

If your macro is electrically connected to the camera, you will lose some functions of the lens. If it an old manual lens, give it a try to see what happens.
