i live near the lady bird wildflower center in austin. they have a horned owl nest. babies were first seen saturday,i went yesterday and today to shhot. havent got the perfect shot yet but its only 5 minutes away so hopefully ill have more chances

The rest are to me OK and with other visits like you said could be better. But not that second one. I adore it.
There's a story going on in that shot.

Our barn owl has blessed us numerous times with a fly by.
A Little Weird

I had a chance to visit the ladybird center a couple years ago - cool place!
