(19,361 posts)Tell me, what is the name of the 3rd from the last? Not real fluent in flower names (just like 'em! ). I've never noticed that type before and it has a veyry interesting structure.
Great shots all around!

(10,570 posts)It's my neighbors - I have seen them in a lot of different colors and shapes. Depending on where you live they might be easy to find (we have them at Home Depot, Lowes, and most garden shops here).
Thanks

(46,436 posts)We're still under a couple of feet of snow here, but it's melting. Your photos remind me of things to come.
By the way, our California poppies don't bloom until late summer.

(23,065 posts)Thank you. I'm a flower person myself too. Raised gorgeous orchids & roses in CA, but can't grow roses at my now home in N. FL. Live on a heavily treed lot and there's not enough full sun for the roses. Still growing orchids, hydrangeas, azaleas, ginger lillys, caladiums etc.

(51,516 posts)I've got ice plant just like that.
San Diego area - lots of ice plant here, lots of it is starting to be replaced on the freeways though.
