My mother just started watching the Masters...

... and wonders why she had to spend 15 minutes watching Dustin Johnson on the practice tee when other people were, like, playing. The decisions some of these directors make is odd. Yeah, it's all very important whether Dustin (or "Dustbin," as I like to call him) can play after hurting his back, but does that warrant 15 minutes watching him hit balls?

Tough Masters this year without Arnie.

We were watching a baseball game last night (Mariners and Astros in extra innings), and the Mariner player was actually at the plate and they wouldn't cut away from the studio.

This is really common. It's like watching ice skating and they zero in on one foot and you completely lose the entire sweep and speed of the performance. Or that dolt who kept showing the NCAA from court level at mid-court when the players were shooting free throws.

Doesn't have the tv rights to show any playing. ESPN will show actual play at 3pm. Know it's goofy, but the Masters limits tv time for some reason.
