The golden retriever would get excited because we were talking to him. The catahoula mutt would just look disgusted and turn his back to us, knowing we were making fun of him.

with our cell phones. When they ring he runs over and picks up the phone with his teeth for us! Drops it. Grabs it again...

This reminds me of that.
