I'm home!!! Got released yesterday late afternoon -- the blood-thinner level was borderline safe in the
results from the 4 AM blood-draw... so they did another one about 2 or 3 PM and it had climbed into
the safety zone (with more climbing expected -- I'm still a little low and compensating with a blood-
thinning supplement for the next few days... then I get tested again).
.
I feel pretty good -- a little weak. I think that will be resolved now that I'm going out for walks again.
.
I need an AH-OOOO-GAH horn for my walker.
.
And some playing cards to put into the spokes to make the engine-growly noise -- VROOM-VROOM!!!!
.
And some hydraulic lifts so it will bounce up-and-down.

(14,120 posts)She got an electric wheel chair so she could get to the store. My uncles and cousins did not think it was fast enough. One uncles at this time was working in the Eagle Pitcher Battery division. The same one that made the batteries for the space shuttle. Had two cousins that worked in body work, they did one of those flame type paint jobs on it.
When they got done with that thing it did 45 mph, the battery life was.... well you can guess that I'm sure! My Grandmom was the fastest moving and coolest looking chair in town!

(111,315 posts)but in this case it is an emphatic HELL NO!
However, if you're really nice then I'll go with you to see the Great Catsby: http://www.democraticunderground.com/1018368836
Besides, California Peggy has first dibs for the TTSB and I'll also get to work on the weed control.

MFM no longer gets a sponge bath.
I think I see the problem and it is a vicious cycle. MFM goes to the hospital, gets a sponge bath then gets a discharge
Maybe a TTSB could prevent this problem from reoccurring.

(2,682 posts)There's a local junior hockey team (Everett Silvertips). When they score in their home arena, the fans ring cowbells. Being a Seattle Thunderbirds fan, to me the cowbells sound real trailer-trashy.

(34,120 posts)See if you can find a bike horn - they have them on Amazon made by Schylling for $7. Classic squeeze bulb bike horn. One of the reviewers says he put one on his walker -
Or for twice as much, they sell an electric siren horn with a microphone and 3 Sound effects - Police, Fire Engine, and Ambulance. That could get you in trouble.
