I love deviantart.com...
by caanantheartboy
This was a commission I did for Fan Expo Toronto last year. I finally got it coloured a few weeks ago. Can you name them all? (Given that I am an Aussie in Canada, there's two in there that only an Aussie (or Kiwi) or a Canadian would probably get, respectively.)
I'm totally floored by the faves and comments on this piece. It's amazing! I think I saw someone suggest I name all the cats so - don't read the next paragraph if you'd still like to play the guessing game!

(6,261 posts)Felix the cat. The wonderful wonderful cat....
I know:
Felix
Nermal
Cheshire
the love of Pepe le Peu, white stripe painted cat
Sylvester
Garfield
Snowball from the Simpsons
Simon's Cat
Not sure if it is Tom from Tom & Jerry
But, I should know the cat with the rustic hat, and the spazz on the left.
My cartoon cat names need work.

(32,061 posts)Fuzzy from "Get Fuzzy", and Mooch from "Mutts". There are multiple Snowballs. Two of them are in the cartoon. One is clawing the sofa, and the other is in the back room on a perch. I think the one up front is Snowball II. I can't believe nobody has mentioned Cat Woman or Puss in Boots yet. I like the "Josie and the Pussy Cats" album next to the phonograph, too.

See that one cat from that internet cartoon that points at his mouth.

(27,247 posts)that looks like Hobbes the Stuffed Tiger sitting above Felix.
And there's "Ma Cherie" who is always getting mistaken for a skunk by Pepe LePew.
