Anyone have any experience with a US fiance visa?

I'm more than a little nervous about trying to get my fiance to the US. Does anyone have any advice?

on a finace visa. I don't know too much more, but she left him after being here for a few months. She just wanted to get to the US.

and one of the reasons it's an intimidating hassle to get someone over from a legitimate loving relationship.
