what is up with the IRS?

IRS office closed early today.

sign said 4:30pm but, doors were locked at 4pm.

figured it would be a long line.

parking lot was empty.

got there at 4pm to see a woman walk out the door, get in her car and drive off.

another woman pulled in at this same time and met me at the door.

door was locked.

we just stood there looking at the woman driving away. weird.

This is the kind of stuff is so frustrating because you have no one to call and ask why without sitting on hold for 4 hours before somebody
says you have to call the other department from 11 till 11:15

sorry your tax experience involves a check, I am still not done with mine but poverty usually gets us a tad back (EIC), much better when the kids were younger of course.

Have we any guesses what language that is even? It sounds like Ipsum Lorem text, the words are English but that combination of words in that order conveys no apparent meaning to me.

IMHO, language is more clumsy when the writer or speaker has a less experienced grasp on the topic.
