It's "fish".

The "gh" is pronounced like the "f" sound of the "gh" in "enough".

The "o" is like the "i" sound of the "o" in women".

The "ti" is like the "sh" sound of the "ti" in "nation".

“ghoti” … “fish”, using certain unusual forms of pronunciation in English.

Many years ago I was a French T.A. at the University of California, Irvine and when first year French students would complain that certain French words weren’t written the way they sound, I’d whip out this example of the same phenomenon in English.
