At the gym today I spoke with a guy at least ten years older than I. He's a regular who does all the weight stations, twenty laps in the pool then runs ten miles back to his home.
I ask him how at seventy five he's able to keep up his routine. He tells me everyday he eats a loaf of rye bread. Then winks and says that it also makes him a dynamo with the ladies.
On the way home I stop at the bakery and ask for some rye bread. The young lady behind the counter asks how many loaves, and I tell her five. She says that by the time I finish three it'll get
hard!
I think,....WTF,...how does everyone know this shit except me!
