(93 posts)1. I'm familiar with Triscuts, but what kind of cheese is cambonzola?
I'm waiting for the manicotti (with spinach) to get out of the oven and I'm starved.

(93 posts)4. Well, that almost makes sense, except that Champignon means "mushroom" in French.
And does the Camembert part include the dried fruit? I've always found that to be a rather chalky cheese. But I do like Brie.

My grandfather turned me on to it many years ago. We'd all sit in the kitchen and he'd cut pieces of sausage and cheese for my cousins and me.
Reminds me of him every time...

cookies every week. They were so good right out of the oven. My friends were not impressed with my mom's healthy ethic, but I loved the bran cookies.

The ones made with sweet potato and vidalia onion. I just put cream cheese on them. The Triscuits do all the work.
