9. 106. Small town.

Most of the class knew each other since kindergarten.

I would have to travel to Georgia for my 50th.

10. It's 944 miles to my old high school.

It will be in 2016. Maybe I'll go but I seriously doubt it.

... unless, of course, you're a UMich fan. Then it's no trouble driving at all, not for a basketball game.

IIRC, my high school team was called "Demons".

It was the "white" high school. Different times.

I think they'll have their reunion without this bozo.

I was 16, and she was 15. We stayed together for two years.

8. How many are left? My 20th didn't have a large participation, but everyone was invited.

11. I only know a few who have died. My sister and her

Husband, a classmate of mine, still live there. They keep up with that stuff.

14. I've hooked up with a lot of them on FB, but few of them were at the reunion.

The last reunion was like a 5-year combined effort. I didn't bother. I probably should have gone but it wasn't convenient and medical issues played into it.

It's just a number to me.

I really don't place any significance in the "milestones" of age. It just means black helium balloons.

I went home to Long Island, NY, last September. I DROVE, so had the car to ride around town, including to The Diner!

23. I used to buy potassium nitrate in Fillmore.

My dad would hand me the keys to the truck and send me into town to pick up fertilizer.

I'd buy a little extra fertilizer for my own use with the "Oh, I forgot..." ruse so it wouldn't be on my dad's receipt.

Soon I learned why PVC pipe is a poor material for amateur rocketry.

I think why my graduating class never gets together is #1 none of us have the money to get to New Hampshire via air and car rentals and we are too nervous to see how we have changed .
