I thought it would go well with the leftover Easter ham, and I had a bag of pecans since Xmas, so I made one. It didn't look quite as good as that, though. I used the pie crust recipe from the King Arthur's Flour site that someone had posted here a few weeks ago, but I let it bake just a couple minutes longer than it should have. Not burnt by any means, but it was a little past the prime look like the one pictured here.
