I have done much in the paranormal field back in college..

And I have meet some of the leading names. Yet the one group I have yet to even meet is the crew from Ghost Adventures. Now that is a group I would love to work with, even if it is just 1 time.

I have watch how they do the show and they do it in a different way from the traditional hunt. I think it would be fun to see how it really goes in one of their lockdowns.

Has anyone else have the sad feeling of a stone that was left unturned?

If either Zak, Nick, or Aaron happen to be cruising and finds this post, I live in Tucson if you are doing a show here. Drop me a line!

Go Lions!

ADD: They come in with a belief that there is something. They have already heard the accounts and they just want to document similar items/ actions that have been reported and link the history with what is going on. Most times one must (the traditional way) one must go in as a skeptic. You are trying to disprove. I think it is their openness that gives better results. But I would have to research THEM to find out.

I didn't like the whispered, suspense building and the purposely dark corners.

Your show sounds different, might be interesting.

... to tell my dad that my brother had died. My girlfriend of 2 1/2 years died chasing me in a car. I felt her presence later that night. That said, I'm an athiest. That doesn't mean that souls don't survive in an alternate reality, but I don't believe in any god.

There's a house in Ellicott City, MD with a three-story tower. It was used as a hospital in the Civil War. One of the windows on the third level is always open. Legend has it that a young woman, injured by gun fire, died in that room and the last thing she asked for was to have the window opened.

They've done extensive tests with lots of witnesses, shutting, locking, bolting, screwing shut, and anything else they could do, but the window always ends up open. I've been in that house, been in that room, and touched the window.

I've had experiences that should lead me to believe in them, but I've also been in comas and there's just nothing - no dreams, no input at all. Coming out of them is pretty weird too. That's what I really think death is like - lights out.

Have you? Have you felt like you came close to something and yet just missed it?

I don't know, the only things I've done in that manner would be when I was much younger.

A few times when I was less than 10 doing a camping in the school grounds, where we explored the campus building at night with limited light.

The only other time I did anything of that sort is when I was brought by a friend who is so in to these things to a place in Chicago. That is when I visited her. We took pictures on the grounds. I kept getting hit by spider webs.

Didn't see anything, nor did I get freaked out or anything. She was just telling the events that has happened in that place.
I don't even remember what that place is any more.

Although, I see why you want to work with those guys, ahem, one at a time...

Go you.

Well then, um, chances of such a thing happening is slim, so when it does, invite SO to tag along.

... the dude from Paranormal State had 'grown up' and morphed into the muscle-head that is the "lead" on Ghost Adventures. They look & sound so much alike.

I am a believer in 'woo', but this show is just flat out stupid. Ghost Hunters has jumped the shark also. All the 'OMG did you SEE that?' teasers turn out to be nothing, or spider webs touching their neck, or someone else in another room bumping into something & scaring the shit out of whoever's on camera at the moment.

So much I could dispute from those 2 sets of 'technical experts' .... sigh. Gives true clairvoyants a bad, bad rep.
