Is this the Jazz Crusaders who became the Crusaders and became the Jazz Crusaders again ? Stix Hooper , Wilton Felder etc.... ?

You would probably enjoy it more on a desktop with good speakers.

To answer your question: yes, that's the same band (more or less).

The players are:

Joe Sample (Piano)
Stix Hooper (Drums)
Buster Williams (Bass)
Wilton Felder (Tenor Saxophone)
Wayne Henderson (Trombone).

Same band the groove masters ---- saw them in 73 at the Roxy owned all their albums ....the kind of jazz that doesn't sound like
geese in pain or a contest in speed riffs.
