(9,920 posts)I wasn't able to go to any live shows in 2019. There were some I was planning to see this year, but they've all been rescheduled to next year. Fingers crossed.

Lucked into some primo seats for free from Mr. Sedona's work buddy.
Was a nice night.
Probably the last concert I'll ever go to.
I have asthma and Mr. Sedona has COPD so....
that's that.

(47,534 posts)So far this year Ive missed System Of A Down for sure, and I cant remember when Judas Priest was supposed to have happened, but that one probably passed too, plus all the tickets that never went on sale in March and April that would be coming up in the next couple of months.
But Im lucky. Ive got no debt and Im still working my forty a week. And without any of the usual ways to dispose of my disposable income, my savings are creeping up instead of down.
So, no real complaints.
Live music is my thing, though, and I really miss it.

(115,587 posts)was on Feb. 29, when I went to a Metropolitan Opera live HD broadcast in a theatre. It was Handel's Agrippina, and it was one of the most spectacular opera performances I've ever seen or heard.
