1. When U.S. citizens are this desperate for work

that's when our corporate masters will start to become "Job Creators". This is really part of Bill Clinton's fabulous legacy - and each president since Bill has complied with the corporate masters dictates. Look at West, Texas! It's a pretty good example of our own Rana Plaza. Just WAIT til the TPP is put in place! ALL the things our forefathers FOUGHT - BLED - and DIED for are being swept aside in a grab for control and wealth!

2. A perfect example of how capitalism works...or doesn't work

The owners who have to have the products those workers make, force the workers to go to work despite the workers misgivings over their own safety.

Yet, despite risking life and limb these workers get paid horribly little and the corporation gets to make huge profits from paying their workers way less than the value of their work.

So, who decided to force those workers into a failing building? The owners. If the workers ran that factory, do you think this would have happened? NO, but with capitalism, you have to exploit and abuse someone to make money.

I'm so sorry this is happening to the Indian people. I wish when they had freed themselves from British rule, they had freed themselves from capitalism too.
