The Boys Scouts as they exist now are badly broken, and as such, should be denied any and all public meeting spaces.

Our founders were clear as a bell on the matter of separation of church and state.

The Mormons and the Catholics were found guilty in open court in California of breaking laws regarding use of tax monies. They engaged in purely political rallies around Prop 8 and shook down their membership to do it. These groups (can hardly call them "churches" based on this history) should be separate from the Boy Scouts if they intend to use any public facilities at all.

Inclusion is part and parcel of life in America. Discrimination is just wrong.
