Let's tell the truth. The NRA's hands are far bloodier than al-Qaeda's.

We as a nation wouldn't tolerate a Muslim suicide bombing on a school bus that killed twenty first graders. So, why do we tolerate mass shootings that do the same?

There are more than twenty mass shootings every year in America and over a hundred people are shot every day...but the NRA tells us that we can't do something about guns?

gun manufacturer sponsors and its right-wing "cold dead hand" supporters are collectively up to their eyeballs in the blood of innocent Americans. They are domestic arms dealers who only value profits, and promote the sale of guns to anyone with enough money.

Like the Bush family, they profiteer from both sides of the American arms race: legitimate gun owners AND criminals. Making the NRA and its right-wing supporters politically impotent would go a long way toward restoring sanity in this country.

5. There's only one problem with this.....

For every person who dies by firearm homicides, there are 125 people who use guns to save and protect their lives. All in all, there are 1.5 million self defensive uses of guns every year.
