What does an Arab look like, anyway? I met a guy from Morocco just yesterday. When he told me where he was from (slight accent) I semi-jokingly said I thought he was from North Dakota! Seemed as American as pie to me.

The person in the yellow jacket with the jeans. I think that person carries him or herself rather ambiguously. Could be any nationality.

dimension. To me it assumes that the attack is motivated as part of some larger ideology instead of just a lone wolf nutcase type... I was initially theorizing that it may have been a returned military member who had witnessed the horror of war and decided that the public needed to know what IED reality is but no sure if it involves multiple persons.
