http://www.spinner.com/2013/04/16/new-york-loves-boston-photos-BAM/About six hours after the bombs went off at the end of the Boston Marathon, killing three and wounding over 180 others, a handful of pictures spread all over the Internet, carrying a message of peace and community in response to the tragedy.
Taken at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, the images showed a series of projections on the building's side. One came from a Martin Luther King quote, another said, "Brooklyn Loves Boston," and another featured a logo, NY?B: The first three symbols were taken from the iconic I?NY shirts, while the B came from the Boston Red Sox.
