They were all under reasonable suspicion of a crime. They were born perpetrators. And the NYPD has been this way or blatantly this way since Guilliani.

We need to call stop and frisk what it really is "Systemic human rights abuses".
NYC is literally approaching Soviet era police abuse and corruption.

I was a little surprised toward the end. They talked about how stop and frisk relates to Bloomberg's crusade to get guns of the street.
Overall a very informative video.
