Puerto Rico in a territory of the USA. We have Federal Courts, FBI, USPS, federal border control... We are USA citizens. How come you-tube don't want us to view this video? USA have complete political control here. Why can't we receive the same information like any other USA citizen do? Some one, please explain it to me.

I agree with you about the absurdity of Puerto Rican citizens not being able to see these videos!
