or anything else than the rest of us.

Because of Bush, he's become number 2 (which he already was in the excrement sense).

He's proven himself to be a tool of corporate interests; not much of a journalist anymore...if he ever really was one.

Yesterday the only channel I could get on my computer link was CNN.

I had no idea how banal the network had become.

The most obnoxious part was Blitzer's "if you will" phrase that soon landed on the tip of his tongue every minute.

Then every 30 seconds.

For one stretch every other phrase was "if you will".

It became hilarious when the word 'tick' started to catch on with some of the other CNN reporters who started adding the phrase 'if you will' at will.

Wolf "There has been a palpable change in the atmosphere, if you will, after the shots were fired".

Reporter next to him "Yes Wolf the tempo, direction of the traffic all seems headed to a point of apparent final confrontation, if you will, just about a mile from here". "We will go to CNN producer Bryan Smith who is just around the corner from where the shots were fired".

Bryan Smith "Wolf about 30 minutes ago there was intense activity here and now the police officers are standing at ease, if you will, seemingly waiting for the next shoe, if you will, to drop."

I can understand how something like this could happen . . . at my daughters' old High School TV station, if you will.
