With it's blue-green blend, it always lends that certain "undead" quality to one's skin, no matter what your skin tone. I'm reserving judgment about what a red-green color light would make skin look like under it. I guess it matters to me as a woman who's self-conscious about facing the day applying makeup in fluorescent lighting that makes me look anemic and hollow-eyed when I look anemic and hollow-eyed enough as it is.
