This is a disgusting case of Karen-ing caught on video -- a white woman calling the police and pretending a black man is attacking her ... when he really just asked her to leash her dog.

This went down Monday in NYC's Central Park ... and the video starts with the woman attempting to leash her dog, but then she quickly walks toward the man recording the video ... who'd complained her dog was off-leash. All dogs are required to be on-leash, by law, in Central Park.

What happened next is really heinous to watch play out -- she asked the man to stop recording her, which he didn't. She then threatened to call NYPD and "tell them there's an African-American man threatening my life."

The man encouraged her to call and, of course, she did and carried out her threat ... which you have to see. The woman started yelling, and used a high-pitched, hurried tone -- trying to make it sound like she was in imminent danger.

Another day, another instance of the “Karen” jumping out of a white woman and this time one falsely claimed that an “African-American man” threatened her life over a dog in New York’s Central Park.

On Monday, a video went viral of a woman apparently identified as Amy Cooper interacting with a Black man over the Memorial Day weekend while in New York’s Central Park. The man asked Cooper, who was exercising, to place her dog in a leash and a verbal confrontation soon ensued. She refused and he began to film the encounter.

Cooper is seen walking towards the man and aggressively gripping the animal by its collar.

“Please stop,” she demanded. “Sir, I’m asking you to stop recording me.”

3. Video shows racially-charged rant, 911 call over man allegedly asking woman to leash dog in NY park

A video going viral on social media appears to show a heated conversation that turns into an apparent racist, verbal attack on a man in Central Park.

The video shows a woman with her dog several feet away from the camera, allegedly calling the cops because an "African American man" was "threatening [her] life."

In the video, the woman is seen with her off-leash dog in the Ramble at Central Park. Dogs must be leashed in that area of the park.

As she walked toward the man, identified on his Facebook page as Christian Cooper, she asks him to stop recording.

He asks her not to approach him.

That's when she says she is calling police, and says "I'm going to tell them there's an African American man threatening my life."
