Whereabouts of Boston bombing suspects' father unclear
Source: CNN
The father of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects was to fly to the United States on Friday to cooperate in the investigation. But his wife called an ambulance for him Thursday and CNN has had no contact with the family since.
Anzor Tsarnaev agreed to fly to the United States after FBI agents and Russian officials spoke with them for hours this week at the family's home.
Russian authorities have previously expressed suspicions that his wife, Zubeirdat Tsarnaev, and their elder son, Tamerlan, the deceased suspect in the attacks, were following radical ideologies.
The mother will not be flying to the United States, where she is wanted on felony charges of shoplifting and destruction of property.

(135,425 posts)The parents, Anzor Tsarnaev and Zubeidat Tsarnaeva, were granted an uncontested divorce in September 2011 by Judge William McSweeney III, records in the Middlesex Probate and Family Court show. The couple said there was an "irretrievable breakdown" of their marriage and said they'd been separated since February 2011....
While the couple claimed they separated in February 2011, it's unclear where Anzor was living between that time and when the divorce petition was filed six months later. On one document, he lists a different apartment number in the same building where his wife and children lived. However, that number is written over the other apartment number, leaving the situation ambiguous.
Cambridge city census records show Anzor Tsarneva living at the same address as his former wife and children until sometime in 2012.
