U.S. sex offender posing as NFL scout likely in Ontario

The Chatham-Kent Police Service has alerted all police officers in Ontario about the possibility of a wanted sex offender from the U.S. being in the province and posing as an NFL scout.
The Sun Prairie Police Department in Sun Prairie, Wisc., said on April 1 that sex offender Britton D. Mckenzie, 66, cut off his GPS monitoring bracelet and went missing.
Wednesday, Chatham-Kent police said he was spotted in Chatham posing as a former NFL player and scout for the Green Bay Packers while getting an oil change.
One of the employees became suspicious of the man and researched him at home. The employee learned the man was Mckenzie, a wanted sex offender from Wisconsin.
