Apr 2013

This appears to be a nationwide thing lately.

What sense does it make to kill firemen?

Is the NRA seriously attempting to burn everything down and have no one there to put out fires?

More and more all guns/bullets must be banned from the hands of private citizens.

In the sense that they approach the ideal of a target.

They are neither armed nor armored. They come when you call them. You know when and where they will arrive, and they announce their arrival with sirens and flashing lights. and because they are public servants, the media will flock to the event.

Who modeled their country's constitution like the USA. They love their guns like Americans. 70 percent of the phillipines people own guns. Their kids own guns and many of their politicians are murdered by guns. Watch HBO new series Vice and see it all. Sick!!!!.

I am thankful I live in a sane country and not the United States of America, one nation, under guns.

My partner is a firefighter and has left for a department meeting. You can bet his fellow firefighters will be talking about crazy america.
And web live in rural northern Ontario and NoOnenhas assault rifles, just regular hunting rifles.

Wow, how come America has gone nuts???

By Crimesider Staff

(CBS/AP) GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - A barricaded gunman who took five firefighters hostage in northwest Georgia Wednesday has released one of those firefighters so he could move a fire truck which was blocking the house, police confirmed in a news conference.

Gwinnett County Police Cpl. Edwin Ritter says firefighters on Wednesday responded to a medical call in Suwanee and were taken hostage by a suspect he didn't identify.

one (US citizen or not) overseas disarmed and gave themselves up to the security officers at a US Embassy, it's unlikely that a harm missile would be launched at them at that point - if for no other reason than to avoid damage to the embassy. I don't believe President Obama's administration would launch on a prisoner in secure custody. Does anybody here (on DU) find that a plausible scenario? To infer that really takes a conspiracy addict.

If there is general agreement on this point, do we have near consensus that one route to avoiding drone targeting is to peacefully surrender?
