Twelve injured in fight at Lone Star College Cy-Fair; Life Flight called

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas—At least 12 people were injured in an incident on the campus of Lone Star College Cy-Fair, according to the Cy-Fair Volunteer Fire Department.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that there were stabbings on the campus, but didn’t know the number of victims.

A male suspect has been detained by Cy-Fair ISD police, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

One Life Flight helicopter has already lifted off from the campus and a second chopper just landed.

Nearly all of my classes in college didn't take attendance, but if I missed more than a couple times during the semester then I would bomb on my exams. One of the downfalls of taking independent study and Internet based courses is that the retained knowledge after the end of the semester is minimal.

Good luck on those finals that are coming up soon. It seems like I always was slammed with tons of work about two weeks before the end of the semester.
