Live: Ban Ki-moon on chemical weapons in Syria

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon is giving an update on an investigation into the alleged use of chemical weapons in Syria.

He is joined by the Director-General of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, Ahmet Üzümcü, at the Hague in the Netherlands.

It comes almost a month after an alleged chemical attack near the Syrian city of Aleppo killed up to 25 people.

Both the government and opposition blame each other. As yet, no independent verification has been carried out.
