Kyle Kraska, Sports Anchor at San Diego CBS Station, Shot in Scripps Ranch

A sports anchor at a CBS station in San Diego has been shot in the Scripps Ranch neighborhood, the station reported Tuesday.

Shots were reported fired near Angelique Street at Avonette Court (map) about 3 p.m., San Diego Police Department Lt. Humberto Hernandez told KTLA sister station KSWB.

One person was transported to a hospital in life-threatening condition, the lieutenant said.

Great.. the suspect has surrendered and it looks like Kyle Kraska is going to be alright. Which is really lucky after being shot twice!

Very RW, but nice.

What I've noticed is that burglaries happen a lot in SR.
But they happen in neighborhoods that are close to fast
get-away locations. If you don't know the neighborhood,
driving around, you could really get lost.
