Kaepernick wasn't in the press lately in any big way?
It's obvious Trump has just changed the top of the news to suit his needs. I'm starting to think it wasn't just Trump: it was his team.
Trump was (and is) being seen as a traitor; and now he has his fan base (and probably more) seeing him as someone who defends the flag and the national anthem. He doesn't. We know that. He's a traitor. He doesn't (nor do the GOP) care ANYTHING about the U.S.—outside of the fact that it's where they make money. But it seems to be working.
