It is SHAMEFUL the way women are treated and perceived in society.

They NEVER get what the man makes not that any MAN would last 5 seconds in many of the jobs that are "reserved" for women like, secretary, nurse, teacher and ... that is about it it seems to me.

It has changed so very little in my lifetime and I'd hoped it would have changed dramatically by now.

However, no matter how many degrees a woman may have, if she is not from a well-to-do background, most are still basically stuck in hell hole jobs regardless.

U.S. Supreme CourtJustice Ruth Bader Ginsburg underwent heart surgery Wednesday morning to place a stent in her right coronary artery, the high court said in a statement.

“The coronary blockage was discovered after Justice Ginsburg experienced discomfort during routine exercise last night and was taken to the hospital,” the court said in a statement. “She is resting comfortably and is expected to be discharged in the next 48 hours.”

76. To be fair, I see only 3 of the women standing and more than 3 women sitting.

I am not sure what to make of that. Is it because our elected women already have equal pay and, even if they didn't, would make more than enough to feed their kids anyway?

Supposedly, when the pay scale is not determined by law, even other women who work for the Executive and for Congress are not making as much as the men. Again, though, it is a nice wage anyway. it is not making the difference between being able to buy your kid a toy once in a while and not being able to do that.
