Any Republican reaction to Obama's renewed vow to close the US torture chamber at Guantanamo?

A lot of the detainees have been cleared of any wrongdoing, but they continue to languish in that godforsaken hell hole.

Obama deserves credit for at least trying to close that place down. However, I'm curious about the Republican reaction to Obama's press conference today.

My gut tells me they would like to keep that torture chamber open forever even though they know innocent people have been indefinitely detained for over a decade. No trial. No jury. Nothing. Nada. Zilch.

I've been perusing the news and haven't seen any GOP reaction. Anything from those sick and twisted sadomasochists?

They figure he won't be successful no matter how hard he tries. No need to react if they don't think his opinion or efforts matter.
