Pardon my cynicism, but unless something is done to stop corporations from hiring cheap foreign IT workers in place of American IT workers, these poor veterans will be out of luck once they finish their training.

If our nation were serious about putting vets to work in the IT field, they should create an absolute veteran hiring preference for all IT work, public and private. And/or seriously reduce H1B quotas.
