4. I lived in Britain for awhile, and France as well.

Their internet access was better than what I've found here in the states. Especially France (at least the places I was in). Wi-fi everywhere.

I think they have better, cheaper and more options than we do last I looked. Free broadband with your phone service was mentioned by a friend recently in passing. Slightly higher percentage of UK households have broadband than in the US.

...if it was, let's say, a travel site, then maybe a particular traveler had a problem in one place.
