Abortions are illegal in El Salvador.

There is a petition to allow an abortion to save a young woman's life. Maybe it won't help but it sure won't hurt to register our disgust at this situation.

The fetus she has been carrying for 4 1/2 months has no brain and only a partial skull. Doctors have declared it to be nonviable, meaning its chances of survival are minimal. The fetus is also killing Beatriz.
