I thought DU'ers might be interested to see what has happened to housing prices recently, and in the context of the past 25 years. It's an interesting chart, and when you see that ultra-low interest rates over the past four years haven't really resulted in a significant upward move in housing, you can draw your own conclusions as to what might happen were interest rates to start rising again...
