How does Ed Effing Fox Henry get to be Prez of the WH Correspondents?

Brett Baier just took a swipe at Prez..."whoever happens to be President"....wouldn't have said that if Bush Jr were up there with him.

Of course, since they've moved over to the HILTON, it's pretty much boiler plate. The only fighting is who gets how many tables and who the comedian will be. And maybe the menu...which is something off the banquet menu, I'm guessing...
